We are looking for a receptionist (m/f and 100%)

For our client, a worldwide telecommunications company, with its office in Zurich.

Your responsibilities

Managing the Reception Team.
Greeting and welcoming customers
Manning the phone desk throughout the day and channelizing the calls to the right members of the staff
Taking care of all postal consignments.

Taking care of various administrative duties.

What does this job offer?

You will be working with a team of three people.

What do you offer?

Commercial or Hospitality education.
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or a private bank.
Ability to work under pressure and excellent multitasking skills
Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality
Fluent in German and English and basic knowledge of French.
Strong ocial skills and a good team player.
